Jason Dutkovich of CVG Architects, representing property owner Woodward & Barbara Ann, LLC, has filed an application for PUD Preliminary Plan for Lot 17 of the Pine Ridge Park PUD. Proposed is construction of a parking lot for the adjacent Audi Dealership, located at 235 N. Randall Road.
Plans are currently under staff review. Plan Commission review will be scheduled once staff review is complete. City Council approval will be required.
