April 6, 2020, Government Operations Committee Meeting Audio Teleconference
We continue to work to serve our citizens amid the coronavirus outbreak. Therefore, the April 6 Government Operations Committee Meeting will be conducted as an audio teleconference. Anyone who wishes to participate is invited to call in by phone to join the meeting.

Please note:  The Government Operations Committee meets immediately after the City Council.  Because of the uncertain start time for this meeting, you may join the teleconference during the City Council Meeting, which has the same audio instructions. 

Instructions for Joining the Meeting over the Phone

  1. Dial 408-418-9388. Alternate number if needed: 312-535-8110
  2. Enter the Access/Meeting Code 628 576 624 #, when prompted
  3. When asked for the Attendee Number, just press #
  4. Mute your phone to avoid sharing background noises

Commenting during the Meeting

  • At appropriate times throughout the meeting, Chairperson Lewis will ask for any comments. 
  • If you wish to comment:
    • Unmute your phone
    • State your name and wait to be recognized by Chairperson Lewis.
    • After you have been acknowledged, begin to speak clearly.

In-Person Participation
In-person attendance at the meeting is not recommended unless absolutely necessary. For those who do need to be at the meeting, due to the social distancing and minimum separation requirements ordered by the Governor, in-person attendees will be spread over several rooms, and participation will be via audio teleconferencing only.  In-person locations are as follows, and please note that room capacity is limited.

  • City Hall, 2 E. Main Street
  • Police Station, 1515 W. Main Street
