The public is encouraged to participate in City meetings.  As a result of the coronavirus, we encourage remote attendance using Zoom online conferencing. The meeting is available as an audio/video conference only. This allows you to hear first-hand the discussion and City Council roll call voting in real time. Public comment can be made via email and read at the City Council meeting.  Please include Government Services Committee Meeting Comment in the subject line of your email and send it to pwgsc@stcharlesil.gov before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2020. 

In-Person Participation

In-person attendance at the meeting is allowed following the Governor's Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidelines, but due to capacity limitations, teleconferencing is available for those who wish to listen in. Attendees may be asked to wait in alternate room locations while other agenda items are being discussed.

All visitors must wear a mask when entering the building and when 6 ft. distance from others cannot be maintained.
