Terrorism Awareness Video

In order to provide terrorism awareness information to the community, The Department of Homeland Security, on behalf of the New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority, is allowing the St. Charles Police Department to share their campaign, “If You See Something Say Something” Video with our community.  The video is available on our City’s website at http://www.stcharlesil.gov/terrorism-awareness

The purpose of this video is to help citizens become more aware of how acts of terrorism could be developed and implemented by showing different scenarios of suspicious activity.  The St. Charles Police Department hopes that in sharing this video with its community, it will allow citizens to become active participants in protecting our community.

The City of St. Charles will also be posting a link to its Facebook page, which can be accessed from the City’s website or by going to www.facebook.com/cityofstcharles.

The Police Department wants to remind citizens that if you see something suspicious, please report it; do not hesitate to contact your local authorities at 630.377.4435 or by calling 9-1-1.  You can also notify the St. Charles Police Department through our Drug & Crime Tip Line at 1-866-378-4267 or online via our web page.  You can remain anonymous!
