Businesses Cited for Liquor Tax Violations

Mayor Raymond Rogina, acting as Liquor Control Commissioner, enforced local liquor ordinances for one local business at a hearing before the St. Charles Liquor Control Commission on April 15, 2019.

  • Deepa Foods, Inc. d/b/a 7-Eleven, 2400 E. Main Street. Suite 116, was cited for a liquor tax violation. Licensee was required to pay a $250 fine and $500 in court costs.
