The City has successfully transitioned to a new utility billing software as of February 13, 2024.
What You Need to Know
- The St. Charles utility payment system is now SilverBlaze.
- All accounts have been assigned new account numbers.
- Customers currently paying online through Paymentus can create a new profile in SilverBlaze and set up payment methods.
- A “Quick Pay” option that doesn’t require creating a profile and password also is available.
- Customers who pay their utility bill through a bank or other outside payment system will need to update the payment information with the new utility account number.
- Self-service credit/debit card payments can be made in person at the Utility Billing counter, and includes a $3.95 convenience fee.
- Phone payments are available using our Automated Phone Service. Call 833.425.1113 toll free 24/7.
- Paper bills have a new look and added utility information.
- Everyone will receive a paper bill for the first billing cycle due to all accounts being assigned new account numbers.
