Welcome to the City of St. Charles! This page was created to help you find information you need to get settled in St. Charles. The City’s web site is a great resource for new and existing residents! Visit often to learn what’s going on with your City government.

Contact Information
The City of St. Charles offers a variety of services. Residents can call (630) 377-4400 Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM to ask questions, request services or report non-emergency situations such as potholes and graffiti.  Additionally, an online service request system is available to report issues.

Getting Around
City buildings, parks and streets and more can be located on many of the maps available online.

City Utilities

The City of St. Charles provides electric, water, sewer, and refuse services to residents. Contact the Utilities office at 630.377.4426 to start these services and for information about starting other services provided by outside companies (gas, cable, etc.). More information about starting utility services is here.
